Who They Are

T:lab is not your typical incubator. They're a SIVA-backed accelerator that takes founders from early idea to international scale. They invest directly through their own funds, connect companies with research institutions, and stick around for the hard parts of building a business.

The numbers tell the story. Since 2017, companies they've worked with have raised over 1.3 billion NOK. Their portfolio companies have a 77% survival rate, compared to the national average of 17%. In 2024 alone, they helped startups raise 231.3 million NOK in equity, grants, and loans.

They're especially strong in AgriTech. T:lab has built Norway's most concentrated ecosystem for agricultural technology, connecting founders with researchers, industry partners, and capital. Earlier this year, Stortinget even adopted a national AgriTech strategy based on their work.
