How Wepost works🌟

Want to know how we help startup companies everyday with their marketing needs? Well it's not rocket science, it's just Wepost! 🤩 We are very early stage, but with some amazing technology stack in the backend we will revolutionize how people market their startup companies. We aren't fully capable to give it out to the public yet, but very soon. So, to learn as much as we could, we believe in doing things that don't scale - so we can build the best product based on customer feedback.

In this article i will tell you easily how it works in 10 simple steps, and this is also how it works on our current platform which we are switching out very soon! Stay tooned 👀

Step 1: Sign up to our waitlist!

First we need to know if you are a great fit for our company! We specialize in B2B venture-backed startups and scaleups. This means that we will try to focus on this demographic as it is super important for us to learn as much about that customer segment and how we can create the best product for those businesses.

Step 2: Fill out a quick form.

We get a lot of different people that are interested in Wepost, some just want to try us out, some want to join our newsletter and others have other reasons. If you click on "I want to try Wepost out! 💜" that is when we add you to our customer waitlist. Click on that and proceed.

Step 3: Join a discovery meeting

Meet with one of the awesome guys and girls in Wepost. We are very nice people!! Here is a picture of how Benjamin could greet you after you have signed up to our waitlist, he have sent you a mail and we have a digital or physical discovery meeting. Here we learn about your problems and see if Wepost is a great fit for your company. If it is we proceed!

Step 4: Onboarding to the Wepost platform

After the initial discovery meeting with Wepost we can plan a manual onboarding, where we book another meeting and go through the platform, or what we usually do is give you a onboarding-pamphlet, which is super easy to use and so that you can log on to the platform without our help. We usually create a company and a user for you after the discovery meeting, so you can login with that.

Step 5: Upload your branding

The first thing you should do after logging in is to give us your brand identity, that is your brands vision, mission and purpose. As well as your brand values, to accurately give our AI the information it needs to grasp your brand voice. Then we would need your brand book, which is usually a PDF that tells all about your brand like fonts, colors and brand guidelines. Next would be to add your logo in different formats, your colors, fonts and other material you find necessary. The most important thing is your brand book.

Step 6: Create a marketing plan

The next step after logging in and uploading your branding, is to create a marketing plan. So, when you login you will see an empty canvas, with the opportunity to click on Calender-view

Clicking on that will bring you to our marketing calendar, where you could plan all of your content according to your marketing strategy as you would in a normal calendar.

Clicking on any of the fields will bring you to our content planner for that specific post. Which is the next step in our process.

Step 7: Create a specific post.

This is where the magic happens. Here you will have the power to do five things:

  1. Title

    • In the title you will write something for yourself, so that you can remember what the post is about and also to give control to your content calendar.

  2. Concept

    • This is sadly a concept we have scrapped for now because of the feedback we got from customers. This is something which will be picked up again with our new platform.

  3. Publishing date

    • If you clicked on the calendar, you already set the correct date, but if you did it from the list view it is important that you put the right day in this field. Also if you have a specific time you want the post out we could make that happen for you, but if you just put a time like 00:00 here, we would schedule it to the most optimal time based on your statistics and data for that day.

  4. Describing text/info

    • This is the most crucial step. Here we would love for you to write as much as possible about what the post is about. Do you have an event coming up? Do you want to highlight one of your awesome employees? What is the post about, write it here. You could also paste in links and we would try to repurpose it for all of the applicable channels. So this can be done really easily. Put in your newsletter, blog or a article you find useful and Wepost AI will try it's best to fit it your use-case.

  5. Upload your pictures or images

    • Add all of the images or pictures you have which is relevant for that post. If you don't add any images or pictures we will try to AI-generate pictures that fit that specific post. If you want, you can describe thee pictures you want also in the "text in content"

Then click create! It's that simple. You can also do this whole process from your phone on the move. It's not available in an app yet, but totally works in the browser on your phone.

Step 8: Rinse and repeat

After you have created your initial post, you can create multiple post for multiple weeks ahead of time and plan accordingly. Meanwhile Wepost will work with your post on the backend.

Step 9: Ready for review

After you have created your initial posts and you have let the Wepost platform cook, you will see the post in a lollipop gradient, which means it is ready for review. Clicking on this will lead you to our content preview site.

On our content preview site you can see all of the applicable channels the content is generated on and approve or disapprove the initial post. Here you can give feedback to the post and make a revision. After you have told your revision, the content will be previewed here again, and if everything is fine it is approved!

If you have our content plan, you can download the post and publish yourself on all of your channels. If you have our publishing plan we will publish it for you on all of your chosen channels.

Step 10: Your content is published!

After all that is said and done your content should be uploaded to the right platform. You can check out more of our pilot subscribing customers, by looking at their social media profiles. We also have some use-cases available on the website. Happy marketing!!
